A beat is not a beat without repeat is BOTH Industries’ debut exhibition. Presented as audiovisual installation on the display window of the art space Dreiviertel, the work shows the first chapter of the transdisciplinary production Ambulacri, which consists of a collection of video loops and multimedia installative performances. With an ironic and surreal touch, the series of artworks captures fictional snapshots of the contemporary digital world, where social dynamics are steered by algorithms of control in a state of frenetic immobility.
